WASH/CARE INSTRUCTIONS:

• Machine wash cold with mild detergent (avoid Dreft)

• Wash inside-out with like colors and other bamboo items

• Tumble dry low, lay flat, or hang to dry

• Do not bleach

• Use color catcher sheets to prevent color transfer

• Avoid additives and brighteners

• $7.95 flat-rate US shipping, FREE domestic shipping on orders over $125
• Weight Based shipping for Bulk items (Dollhouses, Scooters, etc) 
• Orders are processed and shipped out within 1-5 business days, except during peak times when this can take longer.
• FREE local pickup is available in Sanford, Florida (Choose option at checkout.)
• During peak times of year shipping can take up to 7-10 business days. Shipping times are completely dependent on the carrier and outside of our control.

• Any claims for misdelivered or missing packages must be reported within 3 days of the delivery date.

Returns: 

• Returns and order issues must be requested and postmarked to us within 14 days from your date of purchase.
• Your item/s to be returned must be in new condition (tags still attached, no odor, pet hair, or other user damage/wear/tear)
• Returns are eligible for store credit only.
• Items that are final sale and cannot be returned: seasonal items, pre/special order items, accessories and other non-clothing items, intimates, leggings, sale/clearance items.
• Shipping charges (original and return) are the customer’s responsibility.
• In the event your order is undeliverable and/or returned to Doodlebugs by the carrier for any reason, buyer will be responsible for shipping costs to have the order shipped a second time.
• Orders cannot be cancelled once a tracking number has been assigned by a carrier.
