Shipping and Returns
Shipping:
- $5.95 flat-rate US shipping, FREE domestic shipping on orders over $125
- Weight Based shipping for Bulk items (Dollhouses, Scooters, etc)
- Orders are processed and shipped out within 1-5 business days, except during peak times when this can take longer.
- FREE local pickup is available in Sanford, Florida (Choose option at checkout.)
- During peak times of year shipping can take up to 7-10 business days. Shipping times are completely dependent on the carrier and outside of our control.
- If you require an order to be shipped immediately, or require expedited shipping please reach out to info@shopdoodlebugsboutique.com
Returns:
- Returns must be requested and postmarked to us within 14 days from your date of purchase.
- Your item/s to be returned must be in new condition (tags still attached, no odor, pet hair, or other user damage/wear/tear)
- Returns are eligible for store credit only.
- Items that are final sale and cannot be returned: accessories and other non-clothing items, intimates, leggings, sale/clearance items.
- Shipping charges (original and return) are the customer’s responsibility.
- In the event your order is undeliverable and/or returned to Doodlebugs by the carrier for any reason, buyer will be responsible for shipping costs to have the order shipped a second time.
- Orders cannot be cancelled once a tracking number has been assigned by a carrier.
