It is three layers of super absorbent microfiber absorbency – sewn flat for a trim, perfect, contoured fit. Simply slide the insert into the the pocket of your favorite Super Undies (fits in Brain Trainers and Big Kid Trainers) for the most trim fit. You now have underwear that is suitable for light nighttime bedwetting, potty training, and trim daytime diapering protection.
Can be used with the Flat Insert. For maximum overnight protection, use the Training Pad and Flat Insert together.
